Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over € 49.90.
For smaller orders, the shipping fee is € 6.00.
We have agreements with GLS and TNT.

Orders received before 12:00, and paid by credit card, Satispay, Stripe or PayPal, are processed the same day, if the goods are at home they are shipped the same day. Delivery takes place within 24/48 hours for most of the territory (islands and remote locations 48 / 72h). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Orders received for which part of the goods are not available will not be processed until all the goods are in stock, partial shipments are not made. In the event that the supply goes beyond 4/5 days, the Customer will be notified by email / telephone and it will be decided whether to process the order without the goods not available or whether to wait further. In the case of sending without the goods not available, this will be removed from the order, the customer will be reimbursed and the same will make a new order when the goods are available again (respecting the minimum order in place).

Once the goods have been entrusted to the courier, the Customer will receive an e-mail notification, by accessing their personal area and going to the "Order summary" section, it will be possible to see the tracking of the shipment (see table at the bottom of the page, before the form "add a message").

Once the package has been received, the Customer must ensure that the package is intact and closed. If the package is tampered with, it is necessary to accept the shipment with reserve.

In case of absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will attempt a new delivery the next day (it is not possible to agree on the day / time of the second passage). In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery even the next day due to the absence of the recipient, the goods will go into storage and you will be contacted by the Customer Service to schedule a new delivery or to hold the deposit. In the event that the Customer Service fails to contact the Customer for the next 10 days, or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the shipment will return to our warehouse. The cost of delivery once the goods are in stock, as well as the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse, are entirely borne by the customer. In case of change of delivery address after shipment, the surcharge applied by the express courier will be charged to the recipient.
